Napoleon: I can see that, I just think that you all need to be more proactive with the victories. When I look at the numbers you all seem to be solid in your organization, but your casualty rate is high, and the number of shots fired versus enemy killed is really low. I just don’t think you’re applying yourselves enough. I want each of your majors to dispense some performance surveys, and I want you to fill these out thoroughly before turning them in. I expect to see some real commitment to change, and I don’t want any half assed responses like ‘I’ll shoot straighter,’ no, you need to take this army seriously. I’m just very disappointed in you is all.
