greenkneehighs asked: MacArthur looks like he was an little dude in what is an especially big chair, exaggerated by the fact he's sitting all the way back. If he was sitting somewhere in the middle of the cushion he'd probably get his feet on the ground.
And look like he’s about to leap out his seat and go and beat up the Philippines for a while. I really dislike MacArthur, like a lot.
